All ponies will be open for vetting.  Any known blemishes/problems will be declared.

The farm is registered for VAT, so 20% will be added to invoices unless otherwise clearly stated.

Foals will be available once they have been weaned, halter broken, microchipped, passported and are eating hard food.

Older ponies may sometimes be for sale.  These will be halter broken and well handled, but not backed.  Backing can be arranged, but this will be reflected in the price.

In foal mares will be sold with No Foal Free Return.

20% deposit secures- payment by bank transfer or cheque.  Ponies will not be released until payment in full has been cleared.

Ponies will become your responsibility once they have left the premises, unless otherwise stated.

Transport can be arranged with registered local haulier if required.
